The dust wipe program goes beyond observation to determine if lead dust is present in your rental unit. In return for committing to additional training in lead based hazards landlords in Bangor will receive:
- Free lead dust testing, consultation, and up to 2 clearance tests;
- Access to HEPPA certified vacuum cleaner; and
- Free or reduced price training opportunities (see below).
