GBAOMA has compiled for its members, an ongoing list of final, judge mandated evictions. A volunteer from the board of directors goes to the court house and gets the data from the clerk of courts as soon as the results have been recorded. Legally, only seven years of data can be listed on the GBAOMA website.
GBAOMA members can search for a name in this data and then decide if the tenant applicant would be a good risk or not. Not all bad tenants will be in this data as some tenants vacate the property before the eviction case goes to court.
